Delivery
Order Process.
Place your order using our Internet ordering service.
An email will be sent to you to acknowledge receipt of the order.
Once your order is complete at our depot, we will send an email confirmation to confirm your goods are in stock.
Your goods will be picked up by the delivery service.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you and your designated card will be charged.
A member of the delivery service will be in contact with you by phone to confirm a suitable day for delivery to your property (Monday - Friday).
Delivery will be approximately 3 – 5 working days from our depot to your property with standard delivery.
If you require a faster delivery service when your goods come into stock, or Saturday delivery, please contact us by email: sales@expressbathrooms.net and we will inform you of any further charges.
Delivery Conditions
For palletised deliveries, the goods will be delivered on a pallet truck as close to the property as possible. If your property is situated down a gravel pathway, narrow driveway or other situation that is inaccessible by the delivery vehicle or pallet truck, the goods will be delivered to the closest accessible point to the property. The driver is not insured to take goods off the pallet or inside the property. We recommend that an able bodied person or in some situations two able bodied persons are available to carry the goods inside the property.
Please check all palletised goods while the driver is there. If goods are found to have been damaged in transit they must be documented on the delivery note and the delivery must be refused. Do not sign any goods as unchecked, if the driver won’t wait while the goods are checked, refuse the delivery and contact us as soon as possible by email: sales@expressbathrooms.net. We will not accept claims for products damaged in transit that were signed for as being in good condition.
For all non palletised goods, please make sure all items are checked to be in good condition within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Delivery Times.
Delivery will be within 3 – 5 days to customers once goods have arrived at our depot.
If you require a faster delivery service when your goods come into stock, or Saturday delivery, please contact us by email: sales@expressbathrooms.net and we will inform you of any further charges.
For goods in stock at our suppliers, delivery to our depot will be up to 10 working days.
For goods not in stock at our suppliers, delivery to our depot will be up to 4 weeks. Products that are made to order can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered into our depot.
We cannot guarantee delivery times but will endeavour to supply all stocked goods to your property within 14 working days from order.
Please don’t arrange for a fitter to install products until they have been received and checked that they are in good condition. We will not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of goods not being available when the fitter arrives.
Returns.
For all returns please fill in the form below and click submit. Please list all items to be returned along with a reason for return. You will be contacted shortly by a member of staff.
